When you write, include the email address you used on the request form and a short description of the issue. Please do not send your full Social Security number, bank account number or card number by email.

What we can help with

We can answer questions about how the request form works, which information we collect, how your request is shared with lenders, and how to change your contact preferences or ask us to delete your data.

• Trouble submitting or finishing the request form.
• Questions about how our network and matching work.
• Privacy requests, including opting out of marketing messages.
• Reporting a page error or a suspicious message that used our name.

What your lender handles instead

Offers, approvals, rates, funding and payments belong to the lender. We are not a lender and cannot see, change or cancel a lender's offer or your loan account.

• Why an offer was approved, declined or changed.
• Your APR, fees, payment amount or due date.
• Funding status and direct deposit timing.
• Autopay, late payments, payoff amounts and hardship options.

Your lender's contact details appear in your loan agreement and on its website. Read our how it works page to see where our role ends and the lender's begins.

A note on scams and credit unions

We never ask for upfront fees, gift cards or wire transfers. If someone contacts you using our name and asks for money before a loan, stop and email us.

We are not a credit union and are not affiliated with Great Meadow Federal Credit Union. If you need help with a credit union account, contact that institution directly.
